There aren&#8217;t many of us. And I&#8217;ve seen a lot of changes, to say the least. I got involved in the local food scene professionally in 2001, owning and operating a web-based catering service for nearly 20 years. I also began this blog in 2008, simply as a marketing tool to stay top-of-mind with my customers. Now it is a passion and hobby. Covid let me know it was time to close the catering side of my professional life &#8211; but the blog kept going and has become an integral part of the lives of most &#8220;foodies&#8221; here in the Triangle. An ever-changing landscape of delightful dining options.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of doing the blog, I remain heavily embedded in the local restaurant scene &#8211; with the privilege of calling nearly 100 locally-owned restaurants my clients as well as my friends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Keeping up with the latest Triangle restaurant news has become a hobby that I share with you here at Triangle Food Blog dot com. It updates once a week, EVERY Friday morning. It also appears weekly on my media partner&#8217;s site &#8211; <strong>WRAL.com<\/strong>.
