No word yet on the location nor the timing. You can bet we&#8217;ll keep an eye on this one. Wilmington St). Most of the booths and interior items will have already made their way to the new location, which is aiming to open on <strong>April 9th<\/strong>. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/clydecoopersbbq.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Visit Cooper&#8217;s here<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>It&#8217;s official. <strong>Chubby&#8217;s Tacos<\/strong> owner <strong>Jody Lytton<\/strong> has chosen <strong>Guacamaya<\/strong> as the new name of his 5 Triangle area locations of <strong>Chubby&#8217;s Tacos<\/strong>. This morning the <strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong> reported that they will officially open on <strong>April 2nd<\/strong>. The location is in the former Chrysler-Plymouth dealership building, almost directly across from <strong>Carolina Brewery<\/strong>. It didn&#8217;t take long for the social media world to &#8220;light up&#8221; on this one. Their last day is this Sunday. Good luck trying to get in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>We also got word this week from <strong>David McCreary<\/strong> that <strong>Taqueria del Sol<\/strong> will be closing their doors at the Cary location this Sunday, March 30th at 9 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Food Trucks\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Thanks to a tip from <strong>The Wandering Sheppard<\/strong>, we were reminded that the Fairview Garden Center&#8217;s second annual <strong>Flora and Food Trucks Spring\u00a0Series<\/strong> will begin tomorrow &#8211; <strong>March 29<\/strong>.
