Answer: pizza and beer! To that end, <strong>Ponysaurus\u00a0Brewing Co.<\/strong> and Raleigh\u2019s <strong>Oakwood Pizza Box<\/strong> have partnered to bring <strong>Pizza Box<\/strong> pizza to the brewery\u2019s Durham taproom (219 Hood St.) starting in the spring. <strong>Pizza Box<\/strong> will cook and serve pizzas on site in the taproom where guests will have the option for take-out or  dining in the brewery&#8217;s beer garden. To accommodate this partnership, they are roofing their second story patio. Everything else, including the Beer Drive-Thru, will remain the same.\u00a0\u00a0<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ponysaurusbrewing.com\/pizza\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check out all the details here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>According to the <strong>Indy<\/strong>, <strong>Ashley Christensen&#8217;s<\/strong> fried chicken sandwich concept, <strong>BB\u2019s Crispy Chicken<\/strong>, is back on schedule for three openings this year. The <strong>Midtown East<\/strong> location\u00a0in Raleigh (out in front of Wegmans) is slated for a mid-May opening, while Durham\u2019s <strong>University Hill <\/strong>and Cary\u2019s <strong>Parkside Town Commons<\/strong> locations will shoot to open sometime this summer. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bbscrispychicken.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We got a few more details this week on the partnership between <strong>Catering Works<\/strong> and the <strong>North Carolina Museum of Art<\/strong>. <strong>Catering Works<\/strong> will reopen <strong>Sip Coffee Bar<\/strong> in the Museum\u2019s West Building in February (already open), along with the <strong>Exhibition Caf\u00e9<\/strong> in the East Building in conjunction with Museum\u2019s special exhibition Golden Mummies of Egypt, opening March 6th. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cateringworks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Follow Catering Works here for future announcements<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Got word from <strong>Michael DePersia<\/strong>, of <strong>DePeria &amp; Associates<\/strong>, that a new location of <strong>Los Tres Mexican Restaurant<\/strong> is coming to Cary at 1400 Boulderstone Way in the <strong>Stone Creek Village<\/strong> shopping center at the corner of Davis and High House. Look for them to open next month. They already have locations in Apex and Durham. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lostres-nc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Out in <strong>Brier Creek Commons<\/strong>, thanks to the watchful eyes of reader <strong>Jeanette Hauser<\/strong>, we discovered that a new restaurant called <strong>Inchin&#8217;s Asian Bistro<\/strong> is heading that way. We can&#8217;t find a web presence for them, <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shopbriercreekcommons.com\/store-details\/91\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">just the directory listing here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. Stay tuned.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Looking for all the outdoor dining options in Downtown Raleigh? The <strong>Downtown Raleigh Alliance<\/strong> has put together a great list of those options, and they even divided it up by district. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.downtownraleigh.org\/post\/where-to-drink-and-dine-outdoors-in-downtown-raleigh\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check out that list here<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Durham, Orange &amp; Chatham Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Over in Durham, the <strong>Triangle Business Journal <\/strong>reported that <strong>The Melting Pot<\/strong> in the <strong>Southpoint Crossing<\/strong> shopping center at N.C. Highway 54 and Fayetteville Road was reopened by new owners <strong>Matt<\/strong>, <strong>Mike<\/strong> and <strong>Pat Daley<\/strong>, who also own the Raleigh location. <strong>The Melting Pot<\/strong> has 95 locations across 31 states including the two in the Triangle as well as locations in Charlotte and Wilmington. A specific opening date has not yet been announced. <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.farmsidekitchen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Follow their progress and announcements on Instagram here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Thanks to a tip from <strong>Carrie Brogren<\/strong>, we learned that <strong>The Trophy Room<\/strong> has opened inside the <strong>Graduate<\/strong> hotel (formerly <strong>The Franklin<\/strong>) at 311 W. Franklin Street giving Chapel Hillians and visitors a new watering hole to enjoy a beverage and a bite to eat. It offers a fun and whimsical menu giving you a chance to reminisce back to your college days. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.graduatehotels.com\/chapel-hill\/restaurant\/trophy-room-graduate-chapel-hill\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check them out here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And here are a couple of wonderful resources for those looking to dine in downtown Durham or downtown Chapel Hill \u2013 <strong>Downtown Durham Inc. <\/strong>has an up-to-date listing of the status of each restaurant in downtown Durham. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/downtowndurham.com\/curbside\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check out the list here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. So you still have time to get by! They also did indicate that they would be looking for a new location. So keep your fingers crossed! <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Learned from my friend <strong>Michayla Moore<\/strong> that <strong>Otro Vez<\/strong>, which was a concept from <strong>Eschelon Experiences<\/strong> that opened a few months back in the former <strong>Edwards Mill Bar &amp; Grill<\/strong> space, has closed permanently. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Also, learned via Facebook that <strong>BREW Coffee Bar <\/strong>location at <strong>Gateway Plaza<\/strong> closed last Sunday. That is the bad news.
