Well, <strong>Bull City Ciderworks<\/strong> is coming to Cary to open <strong>Cary Cider Cocktail Bar<\/strong>. That&#8217;s right, buddy <strong>Keri McCauley<\/strong> brought it to my attention that <strong>Bull City Cider<\/strong> will be opening a taproom in downtown Cary right across the street from <strong>Pizzeria Faulisi<\/strong> and <strong>Bond Brothers<\/strong>. The front half of the building is the renovated\/relocated Williams House, and the back half is new design and modern. But here\u2019s the real twist: they won\u2019t just be selling cider like usual, they will also be selling cider cocktails. The location will feature tons of natural lighting and plenty of outdoor space. Look for them to open this summer. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bullcityciderworks.com\/cary\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Follow their progress here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And if that is not enough bubbly news for Cary, the folks over at <strong>RalToday<\/strong> brought it to our attention that <strong>Bond Brothers Brewery, <\/strong>which originally<strong> <\/strong>announced they were opening a second location in 2019, will be opening the new taproom\u2019s doors just in time for my birthday on <strong>April 17.<\/strong> The new location, dubbed <strong>Eastside<\/strong>, will be located at 602 E. Chatham Street where visitors can expect a more intimate setting<strong> <\/strong>with live music and art. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bondbrosbeer\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Follow their<\/span> progress on Instagram here<\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Continuing with Cary, Twitter buddy <strong>BurgeoningBaker<\/strong> let me know that <strong>Masa<\/strong>, a sushi and ramen spot, has opened at 2757 NC Highway 55.  <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/masasushiramen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">You can visit them online here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Also in Cary, Twitter follower <strong>Matt Christ<\/strong> notified us that <strong>Sobol<\/strong>, a new acai bowl and smoothie spot, had their grand opening this week. They are located at the corner of Tryon and Walnut at 8204 Tryon Wood Drive. Visit them <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sobolcaryNC\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">on Facebook here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And so it is official. As the folks from <strong>Fine Folk<\/strong> have been &#8220;figuring&#8221; things out over the last year, they just announced on Instagram that they have signed a lease for a &#8220;forever&#8221; home in the former <strong>Brew<\/strong> location just behind <strong>Union Special<\/strong> in <strong>Gateway Plaza<\/strong>. Look for them to open late this summer! In the meantime, enjoy them out of <strong>Union Special<\/strong> Wednesday thru Saturday nights. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/finefolknc\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Follow them on Instagram for all their updates<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Out in <strong>Brier Creek<\/strong>, <strong>RalToday<\/strong> noted that the <strong>Flying Biscuit Cafe <\/strong>will open a second Triangle-area location here in Raleigh (original location is in <strong>Village District<\/strong>). It will be located adjacent to the <strong>Mellow Mushroom<\/strong>. No word yet on an open date. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/FlyingBiscuitRaleigh\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Follow their progress on their Facebook page here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On Glenwood South in downtown Raleigh, <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/raleighconvergence.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Raleigh Convergence<\/span><\/a><\/strong> noted that <strong>Pine State Public House<\/strong> is now open (410 Glenwood Ave., Suite 300 to be exact). Look for <strong>Simons Says Dip This<\/strong> to open later this spring. It will be located in the heart of downtown Durham in <strong>One City Center<\/strong> between <strong>Bulldega<\/strong> and <strong>Loaf Bakery<\/strong>, facing <strong>The Unscripted Hotel<\/strong>. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.simonssaysdipthis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Over in Chapel Hill, a quick update. <strong>Chapel Hill Magazine <\/strong>shared that <strong>Osteria Georgi<\/strong>, the collaboration between <strong>Giorgios Hospitality Group<\/strong> and chef\/partner <strong>Daniel Jackson<\/strong>, is aiming to open by the end of next month! The restaurant will be located at 201 South Elliot Road in Chapel Hill, in the former <strong>Living Kitchen<\/strong> space. The concept will feature indoor and outdoor dining and an Italian-centric menu and wine list. Beginning <strong>Monday, March 29<\/strong>, more than a dozen parallel parking spaces will once again be converted to <strong>outdoor seating areas<\/strong>. As with the <strong>2020 Parking-to-Dining program<\/strong>, this is a temporary conversion of some parallel parking. Orange safety barriers will be placed along N.
