They are located at 205 E Franklin St. in downtown Raleigh. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/standardbeerandfood.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit their website here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>RalToday<\/strong> shared the news that first appeared in the <strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong> that Raleigh is getting its first cidery \u2014 <strong>Shady Grove Cider<\/strong> \u2014 in the <strong>East End Market<\/strong> development (east of <strong>Five Points<\/strong>) next year. <strong>Shady Grove<\/strong> will have a 3,000 sq. ft. production facility and taproom with a 3,000 sq. ft. patio to match \u2014 offering cider, cocktails, beer, and wine. We can&#8217;t find an online presence for them, but <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsobserver.com\/living\/food-drink\/article251219134.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">here is a link to the original article on the News &amp; Observer<\/span>.<\/a><\/strong> <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reader <strong>Paul Prause<\/strong> reached out to me this week to let me know that <strong>Cava<\/strong> has announced that they are opening in the old <strong>Zoe\u2019s Kitchen <\/strong>spot on Falls of Neuse Road (6004 Falls of Neuse Rd. to be exact) next to <strong>Chopt<\/strong>. This will be their 6th Triangle-area location. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cava.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check out Cava here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Down in Fuquay-Varina, <strong>Today in the Quay<\/strong> reported that <strong>Brus on Main<\/strong> is having their soft opening this week. Located in Durham\u2019s new <strong>University Hill<\/strong> retail complex, <strong>Zambrero<\/strong> serves \u201cFeel Good Mex\u201d \u2013 a nod to its fresh, healthy ingredients and its strong social mission. Upon arriving you will find a modified service experience &#8211; same great service, just different and of course, the same great food. They&#8217;ve also eliminated tipping in lieu of offering their employees a living wage &#8211; so you will have an 18% Fair Wage Charge added to your bill. This weekend\u2019s focus will be on <strong>Glenwood South<\/strong>. State Fairgrounds<\/strong> from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily allowing attendees a chance to savor a variety of fair food vendors. Most vendors will be cash-only. Guests should enter the fairgrounds at Gate 9 off Trinity Road and park in the midway area. While at the fairgrounds, guests can also purchase early admission tickets to the upcoming N.C.
