They currently have locations in Raleigh&#8217;s <strong>Greystone Village<\/strong> and <strong>Person Street Plaza<\/strong>, as well as Durham&#8217;s <strong>Golden Belt<\/strong> campus. And did I mention their seasonal location at the Durham Bulls ballpark as well as their food truck? That&#8217;s a lot of ice cream! <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tworoosters.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Keep up with them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Triangle Business Journal<\/strong> shared the news this week that <strong>The Roast Grill<\/strong>, known for the char-grilled hot dogs and glass-bottled Cokes since the 1940s, has reopened. Owners <strong>George<\/strong> and <strong>Katherine Poniros<\/strong> have been on the line for the past 30 years, taking over the spot his grandparents started. <strong>The Roast Grill <\/strong>is located at 7 S. West St. in downtown Raleigh. With only 12 seats, they have been closed since the start of the pandemic. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/roastgrill.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Re-familiarize yourself with them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>RalToday<\/strong> shared the news that <strong>Peace &amp; Saint<\/strong>, Raleigh&#8217;s newest trendy cocktail spot, opened this past weekend at 616 Saint Marys St. in <strong>Glenwood South<\/strong>. The bar offers both craft cocktails and hookah, plus delicious desserts.&nbsp;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.peaceandsaint.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Book a reservation and\/or check them out here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>RalToday<\/strong> also shared this week that Texas-based <strong>Tiff\u2019s Treats<\/strong> will open in Raleigh&#8217;s <strong>Village District <\/strong>this December. According to those in the know, they are best known for their warm cookie delivery service and have 65 locations across the country. The new spot will be located at 421 Daniels St. near <strong>Cantina 18<\/strong>. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cookiedelivery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Get to know them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And out in <strong>Brier Creek<\/strong>, <strong>Jennifer Buchholz<\/strong> shared another update on <strong>Crumbl Cookies<\/strong> \u2013 apparently you are going to have to wait even longer. Their opening date was adjusted from June 30 to July 9th. First two up are Detroit-style pizza chain <strong>Emmy Squared Pizza<\/strong> and <strong>Jeni\u2019s Splendid Ice Cream<\/strong> (which was started in 2002 by <strong>Jeni Britton Bauer<\/strong>, a James Beard Award winner). Start getting familiar with <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emmysquaredpizza.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Emmy Squared here<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>and <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jenis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">J<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">eni&#8217;s here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Over on Chapel Hill&#8217;s Franklin Street there is some expansion going on according to an article this week in the <strong>Triangle Business Journal<\/strong>. <strong>Epilogue Books Chocolate Brews<\/strong>, an independent bookstore and Spanish-style chocolateria, opened in November 2019 at 109 E.
