The building was originally built in 1954, but just enjoyed a complete renovation. Look for them to open by the end of the year. While there is not much up on their website just yet, might be best to follow their <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/brightspotdonuts\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Instagram for coming announcements<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. You can also check out <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.capitalassociates.com\/properties\/the-junction-at-five-points\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">The Junction at Five Points site<\/span><\/a><\/strong> to see the completed renovations. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>RalToday<\/strong> shared this morning that <strong>MidTown Pho<\/strong>, an authentic Vietnamese restaurant and bar, has opened at 424 E. Six Forks Rd (near the intersection with Wake Forest Road). The restaurant combines family recipes with options for everyone, including an entire vegetarian section. The owners are also behind Glenwood Avenue restaurant <strong>Sushi O Bistro &amp; Bar. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/midtownphoraleigh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit them here<\/span><\/a>. <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A quick update. Got word from <strong>Alice Golas<\/strong> that <strong>Woody&#8217;s Sports Tavern &amp; Grill<\/strong> is supposed to open this month at their third location in <strong>Grace Park<\/strong> in Morrisville (former <strong>Trali <\/strong>space). Not sure if they will hit that target, but we are definitely getting closer. Their other locations are in Cary and Raleigh&#8217;s <strong>City Market<\/strong>. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.woodysportstavern.com\/morrisville\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Keep up with any announcements here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Originally founded in Durham, <strong>Makus Empanadas<\/strong> shared the news this week that they are opening a second location in Raleigh (the other location in Raleigh is inside the <strong>Morgan Street Food Hall<\/strong>). This second Raleigh location will be on NC State&#8217;s campus beginning Aug 16 where you will be able to order on Grubhub and pick up within the <strong>Brickyard Pizza<\/strong> venue. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dining.ncsu.edu\/news\/nc-state-dining-adds-union-51-burgers-makus-empanadas-and-elements-cafe-to-fall-line-up\/07-20-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Read about the addition here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. While a bummer for Raleigh, a trek to Durham is not asking too much. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/picnicdurham.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check out Picnic here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And <strong>David McCreary<\/strong> shared that Peruvian restaurant <strong>Marco Pollo <\/strong>at 1871 Lake Pine Drive in Cary has closed.
