Chapel Hill Street) announced this week that they are opening this Saturday (tomorrow) <strong>November 27th<\/strong>. They will be open from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. <strong>Queeny\u2019s<\/strong> is a partnership between <strong>Sean Umstead<\/strong> and <strong>Michelle Vanderwalker<\/strong> (owners of the award-winning <strong>Kingfisher<\/strong> cocktail bar and backyard burger shop, <strong>QueenBurger<\/strong>) and <strong>King Kenney<\/strong>. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.queenysdurham.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Get to know them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Thanks to a tip from <strong>Kenan Barnes<\/strong> we learned that <strong>PrimoHoagies <\/strong>is coming to <strong>North Hills<\/strong> (141 Park at North Hills St.) in the old <strong>Crepe Traditions<\/strong> spot. This will be their first location in North Carolina. No word yet on an open date. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.primohoagies.com\/Raleigh-NC\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check them out here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A few more details to share with you following up on what we originally shared with you last week involving the former <strong>Edwards Mill Bar &amp; Grill<\/strong> spot in <strong>Olde Raleigh<\/strong>. Thanks to reader <strong>Paul Hetzel<\/strong>, we learned that that spot will become the newest member of the <strong>Urban Food Group<\/strong> family (think <strong>Chow<\/strong>, <strong>Vivace<\/strong> and <strong>Coquette<\/strong> here in Raleigh) and will be a concept called <strong>Foundry<\/strong>. Thanks again to <strong>Nikki Cleveland<\/strong> for the initial spotlight on this development. No word on the type of cuisine nor an open date. Starting December 1, their hours will be: Wednesday through Friday &#8211; breakfast 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and lunch 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday &#8211; breakfast 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and lunch 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Sunday &#8211; breakfast and  lunch 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ishdelicatessen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Durham, Orange &amp; Chatham Restaurant News<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>RalToday<\/strong> shared the expansion news that Raleigh&#8217;s <strong>Five Star Restaurant<\/strong> (301 N. West Street in downtown) will be opening a location in Durham. A<strong> <\/strong>Raleigh staple for more than 21 years, they will open in the <strong>American Tobacco Campus<\/strong> in the spring in the former <strong>Cuban Revolution<\/strong> spot. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fivestarraleigh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit Five Star here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Last week we told you about the opening of <strong>Fullsteam<\/strong> out at <strong>Boxyard RTP<\/strong>, but now you can find almost everyone open including <strong>Bulkogi&#8217;s<\/strong> (KBBQ and Korean-fusion cuisine), <strong>Carrburritos<\/strong> (Mexican taqueria; original location in Carrboro), <strong>RTP Uncorked<\/strong> (a destination for wine enthusiasts) and <strong>Meat &amp; Graze<\/strong> (gourmet cheeseperiences and charcuterie). <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/boxyard.rtp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit Boxyard RTP here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Also in Durham, <strong>WRAL&#8217;s Sarah Krueger<\/strong> shared the news that <strong>Jetplane Coffee<\/strong> is now open in its permanent location on Mangum Street (810 N Mangum St.). They are serving up coffee as well as modern diner-style comfort food and grandma\u2019s favorite baked goods. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jetplanecoffee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Over in Chapel Hill, the much-anticipated <strong>Flying Biscuit Cafe<\/strong> at <strong>University Place<\/strong> noted on their Facebook page last week that they will open &#8220;next month&#8221; &#8211; which means December. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/flyingbiscuitchapelhill\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Follow their Facebook page here for the pending announcement<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Also in Chapel Hill, <strong>Ravi Jeyaraman<\/strong> shared the news that the Triangle&#8217;s newest location of <strong>Lime &amp; Lemon Indian Grill &amp; Bar <\/strong>will have their soft opening beginning on <strong>Monday, November 29th<\/strong>. <strong>Lime &amp; Lemon<\/strong> has locations in Raleigh as well as Durham. They are in the former <strong>Fusion Fish<\/strong> (and before that, <strong>One<\/strong>) location in <strong>Meadowmont<\/strong>. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lnlrestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check them out there<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And one last note from Chapel Hill, the <strong>Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership<\/strong> shared the news that <strong>Roots Natural Kitchen<\/strong> will open on at 133 West Franklin St. (<strong>Carolina Square<\/strong>) in December. <strong>Roots Natural Kitchen<\/strong> is a fast-casual restaurant serving great tasting, natural, and affordable salads and grain bowls. All kids 12 and under eat free all day every day with the purchase of an adult meal. This will be their first location in North Carolina. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rootsnaturalkitchen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Get to know them here<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Closings \/ Cancellations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And a place that my kids spent a good amount of their inheritance, announced that they will be closing effective November 30, 2021. <strong>Chick-fil-A<\/strong> at <strong>University Place<\/strong> in Chapel Hill made the announcement and was brought to my attention by <strong>WCHL<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Chapelboro<\/strong>.
