Well, the <strong>News &amp; Observer&#8217;s Andrea Weigl<\/strong> has <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.newsobserver.com\/2014\/10\/08\/4216918\/the-new-deep-fried-foods-at-this.html?sp=\/99\/106\/139\/1550\/\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">all the details here for you<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, including deep fried barbecue, bananas Foster and mini cupcakes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Eschelon Experiences<\/strong> announced that its newest restaurant,\u00a0<strong>Faire,<\/strong> in Raleigh&#8217;s <strong>Cameron Village <\/strong>is opening on <strong>October 13th<\/strong>. <strong>Faire<\/strong>, a midcentury-modern steak and seafood restaurant marks <strong>Eschelon Experiences<\/strong>&#8216; fifth restaurant in the Triangle area. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fairerestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">You can check them out here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Got word this week that the first <strong>b.good<\/strong> location in North Carolina will open on <strong>October 18th<\/strong> in <strong>North Hills<\/strong> (the Midtown Park side). They tout themselves as fast-food made by people, not factories. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bgoodraleighnc\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">Check out their local Facebook page here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Triangle Business Journal<\/strong> reported this week that the owners of<strong> The Goat Bar<\/strong> on Western Blvd. will be opening <strong>The Medlin<\/strong>, a neighborhood bar, on Medlin Drive in Raleigh later this month. It is called<strong> Crosstown Pub &amp; Grill<\/strong> and you can find out <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Crosstown-Pub-Grill\/1485267121731506\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">about it here on their Facebook page<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The<strong> Triangle Business Journal<\/strong> is also reporting that <strong>Sweet Traditions by LeAne<\/strong>, a popular local food truck featuring cupcakes, custom-order cakes and other baked goods, will be opening a brick-and-mortar location later this month at 12516 Capital Blvd. in Raleigh. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spreadthesweetness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">Get all the details here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Durham, Orange &amp; Chatham County Restaurant News<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong> reported today that<strong> Drew Moore<\/strong>, owner of <strong>Venable Rotisserie Bistro<\/strong> in Carrboro, opened <strong>B-Side Lounge<\/strong> last night next door to his restaurant in <strong>Carr Mill Mall<\/strong>. The two restaurants will share a kitchen, but <strong>B-Side<\/strong> will focus on small plates. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/b-sidelounge.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">Check them out here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>WRAL<\/strong> is reporting that the popular food truck <strong>OnlyBurger <\/strong>has officially opened its\u00a0second brick-and-mortar location in Durham. The <strong>Raleigh Oyster Fest<\/strong> will be held tomorrow (<strong>October 11<\/strong>) from noon until 11 pm. The festival, produced by <strong>All About Beer Magazine<\/strong>, has reduced tickets available by 35 percent and raised the price to relieve crowding.
