Howard said that it is time to renovate and re-envision what they do. They will be closed this summer to work on a refreshed concept, one that suits Eastern North Carolina in 2022 according to <strong>Howard<\/strong>. With any luck, they hope to re-open their doors in the late fall. In her video announcement, <strong>Howard<\/strong> also hinted that she is close to launching a &#8220;project&#8221; that she has been working on for two years (no other details are available at this point). So you will have to stay tuned on that as well. Looks like it! On <strong>Friday, June 3rd<\/strong> from <strong>noon to 4pm<\/strong>, Chapel Hill&#8217;s iconic <strong>Crooks Corner<\/strong> will be selling servings of their infamous honeysuckle sorbet outside their kitchen door on Merritt Mill Road while supplies last. A serving of two sorbet scoops (our normal restaurant sized serving) will cost $8 each. Guests will be limited to purchasing two servings each. Only credit cards accepted. Remember they have a limited supply, so get there early!
