In addition to great food, they also have an extensive wine and cocktail menu along with a weekend brunch. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.madreraleigh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Get to know them here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/mark><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This is interesting. The <strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong> reported this week that the building that houses <strong>Mami\u2019s Latin Style Rotisserie Chicken<\/strong> over on Wake Forest Road in Raleigh has been sold to <strong>Cook Out<\/strong>. Current plans hold for <strong>Mami&#8217;s<\/strong> to move to a new, larger location somewhere in that immediate area. No word as of yet on the timing of everything. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>And speaking of <strong>Cook Out<\/strong>, <strong>Triangle Business Journal <\/strong>shared the news of their next spot in the Triangle. <strong>TBJ<\/strong> reported that they are soon to begin construction at 4112 Lake Boone Trail, the empty lot between <strong>City Barbeque<\/strong> amd CVS Pharmacy. Plans show their classic dual-drive-thru with no indoor dining. No word on an open date, as the plans are still under review by the city. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cookout.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit Cook Out here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RalToday <\/strong>shared the news that <strong>Blackbird Books and Coffee<\/strong> in downtown Raleigh&#8217;s <strong>City Market<\/strong> will hold their Grand Opening on <strong>Friday, July 21st<\/strong>. The neighborhood coffee and book oasis is also seeking artist and maker vendors to sell local products in the shop. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blackbirdbooksandcoffee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check them out here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Over in Cary, a quick update to the news we shared with you back on June 16. <strong>Triangle Business Journal <\/strong>shared this week that <strong>The Flying Biscuit Cafe<\/strong> that is going into <strong>Parkside Town Commons <\/strong>where <strong>Another Broken Egg<\/strong> used to be (1103 Parkside Main St.) will open in September. It is owned by Husband and wife team <strong>Tahir Rafiq<\/strong> and <strong>Zinnia Rafiq<\/strong>, who also own the Chapel Hill location. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flyingbiscuit.com\/locations-2\/cary\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Keep up with them here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Also in Cary, on a drive down Cary Parkway yesterday, I noticed that the newest location of <strong>Chido Taco<\/strong> is now open at the intersection with Kildaire Farm Road in the shopping center with Trader Joe&#8217;s (151 SE Cary Pkwy. to be exact). This time announcing that his <strong>People&#8217;s Coffee <\/strong>will open this August at <strong>MOSAIC at Chatham Park<\/strong> (60 Mosaic Blvd to be exact) down in Pittsboro.
