And so it is. It was shared this week that we will see the re-opening of <strong>Nanas<\/strong> as it pays tribute to <strong>Nana\u2019s<\/strong>, its beloved predecessor, while reimagining all of the details. Helmed by Chefs <strong>Matt Kelly<\/strong> and <strong>Nate Garyantes<\/strong>, they will swing open the doors next <strong>Tuesday, December 12th<\/strong> when you&#8217;ll once again be able to enjoy a seasonal menu that features an abundance of local ingredients; a bar program that is elevated yet familiar, with an emphasis on finely executed classics; a wine program offering upwards of 250+ labels of impeccably curated, farming-first wines; and finally, <strong>Nanas\u2019<\/strong> interior takes inspiration from vintage Ralph Lauren, as well as the serene North Carolina woods. Located at 2514 University Drive in Durham, <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nanasrockwood.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">visit them here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Raleigh Magazine<\/strong> reported this week that Raleigh&#8217;s &#8220;doughnut guy&#8221; &#8211; aka <strong>Alejandro Contreras<\/strong> &#8211; will open a brick and mortar location of <strong>Tepuy Donuts<\/strong> in the spring in a small shopping center where Capital Boulevard and 440 meet. According to the magazine, the new spot will lean toward grab-and-go doughnuts and coffee, with some indoor seating and a spacious patio. And before you fret, his popular sourdough doughnuts will continue to be available at existing locations throughout the Triangle. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tepuydonuts.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Check them out here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reader<strong> Felice Bogus<\/strong> shared with us that the owners of Capital Blvd. food truck <strong>Don Beto El Poblano<\/strong> have opened a brick and mortar, <strong>Beto El Poblano<\/strong>, at 13100 New Falls of Neuse Rd. Couldn&#8217;t find an online presence, <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/unpedacitode\/\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">but you can follow along on Facebook here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Triangle Business Journal<\/strong> shared the news that Raleigh\u2019s location of <strong>Ruth\u2019s Chris Steak House<\/strong> is set to reopen in February after being closed for two years. It will be on the ground floor of one of Kane Realty\u2019s new buildings in the <strong>North Hills Main District<\/strong>. They closed in January 2022 due to the demolition of its previous space in North Hills. The new restaurant will have two outdoor patios, a main dining room, a bar and a waterfall feature. It will also have two private dining rooms \u2013 one for up to 100 guests and one for up to 50 guests. <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ruthschris.com\/raleigh\" target=\"_blank\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Visit Ruth&#8217;s Chris here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Also in Raleigh, <strong>Whitney Payne<\/strong> shared with us that <strong>Mission Valley&#8217;s Baja Burrito<\/strong> is under new ownership. Congratulations to <strong>Elizabeth Diaz<\/strong> as she takes the reigns of one of Raleigh&#8217;s most successful burrito shops that has been around since 1995. Chatham Street. The simulators at the \u201cgolf pub\u201d will offer high-tech analytics and data to help golfers improve their game. Apparently they have three locations in Wilmington. Main Street. Wine Shop<\/strong> has reopened as they have been closed the last two months moving into their new space downstairs (89 Hillsboro St, Ste. A). They should be nearly 100% restocked at this point and the bar is open and now selling beer by the glass, too. It also means that <strong>Friday Wine Tastings<\/strong> are back as well as their <strong>Wine Dinners<\/strong>!
