Chatham St., it will occupy the historic 1950s filling station that currently houses Gurkan\u2019s Downtown Auto Repair shop at the corner of Chatham and Academy streets.\u00a0They aim to open by the end of 2025. The space will seat approximately 100 diners inside and up to 95 on its outdoor patio, which will feature a fire pit, a stage for live music and a retrofitted 1940s-style delivery van serving food and drinks. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lloydsfullservice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Best to follow on Instagram on their progress<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Wake County Restaurant News<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no sitting on the bench at <strong>Benchwarmers Bagels<\/strong>. They announced this week that this beloved local eatery known for its artisanal bagels and wood-fired pizzas, will open a third location at the <strong>North Hills Innovation District<\/strong> (at the base of Tower 5\u2014<strong>North Hills\u2019<\/strong> newest office tower). Currently operating out of <strong>Transfer Co. Food Hall<\/strong>, <strong>Benchwarmers\u2019 <\/strong>expansion to <strong>North Hills<\/strong> follows the recent announcement of their upcoming location at <strong>Rockway<\/strong>, near downtown Raleigh&#8217;s Dix Park. Both new locations will offer an expanded menu featuring bagels, sandwiches, and nightly pizzas, along with an enhanced beverage program and extended operating hours. Look for <strong>Rockway<\/strong> to open in 2025, followed a few months later by the <strong>North Hills<\/strong> location. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/benchwarmersbagels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Best to follow along on Instagram here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our opening date for <strong>Scott Crawford\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0newest concept \u2013\u00a0<strong>Crawford Brothers Steakhouse<\/strong> \u2013 moved slightly. It will now open the week of <strong>December 22nd <\/strong> in <strong>Fenton<\/strong> and reservations are currently open. It will be the largest\u00a0<strong>Crawford Hospitality<\/strong>\u00a0restaurant to-date with seating for 120. It will celebrate the nostalgia of an old school steakhouse, but with a lighter and edgier twist. They will specialize in house dry-aged beef, and boast an extensive wine program, a vibrant cocktail bar, two private rooms. A prominent feature of the design will be a floor-to-ceiling \u201cglass curtain\u201d on one side of the restaurant, visible from the street, giving passersby a full view into both the warm, inviting cocktail bar.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/crawfordbrosnc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Keep up with announcements on their Instagram page here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Speaking of <strong>Fenton<\/strong>, <strong>Triangle Business Journal <\/strong>reported this week that <strong>The Salty<\/strong>, a Miami-based doughnut shop that&#8217;s growing around the country, will open in late 2025. This will be their first Triangle-area location, with a location already open in Charlotte and a second on the way. The food hall is located in the warehouse district of downtown Raleigh at 411 W Morgan Street. Main Street). Their location makes for an &#8220;easy in and out&#8221; for your coffee and even pastries and bagels.
