This is the second location in the Triangle, with the other being in Raleigh\u2019s <strong>Cameron Village<\/strong>. They are open for dinner. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" =\"https:\/\/www.tazzakitchen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Check them out here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>The<strong> Triangle Business Journal<\/strong> reported this week that <strong>Living Kitchen<\/strong> (originally to be called <strong>Luna\u2019s Living Kitchen<\/strong>) is targeting an opening date around the week of <strong>July 6.<\/strong> It will be located on the ground floor of the <strong>Charter Square<\/strong> building in downtown Raleigh on Fayetteville Street. <strong>Living Kitchen<\/strong> has plans to open a second Triangle-area establishment later this year in Chapel Hill\u2019s new <strong>Village Plaza<\/strong> on Elliott Road adjacent to Whole Foods. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" =\"http:\/\/livingkitchen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Check them out here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Friend <strong>Susan Tu<\/strong> reminded me that they have opened a second location of <strong>Spring Rolls<\/strong>, this one in the <strong>Wade Park<\/strong> development adjacent to the <strong>PNC Arena<\/strong> at 5433 Wade Park Blvd. Their original location is in North Hills. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" =\"http:\/\/springrollsrestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Check out Spring Rolls here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In Apex, we told you in early April about a new establishment that just opened there called <strong>The Provincial<\/strong>. At the time, they didn\u2019t have much of an online presence and we didn\u2019t know much about the chef. Since then we\u2019ve learned a little more and thought we\u2019d share. The chef\/owner is <strong>Wayne Alcaide<\/strong> who was the the executive chef at both <strong>Nobhill<\/strong> in Las Vegas as well as at <strong>WaterColor Inn &amp; Resort<\/strong> in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" =\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheProvincialApex\/\" target=\"_blank\">Here is a link to their Facebook page<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Got a tip from reader <strong>Ronnie Taborn<\/strong> that <strong>East Coast Wings &amp; Grill<\/strong> is now open in Wake Forest at 12646 Capital Blvd. This looks to be their first Triangle area location. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" =\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ecwwakeforest\/\" target=\"_blank\">Check them out on Facebook here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Over in Cary, got a note from reader <strong>Diane PIsano<\/strong> that <strong>Mazaa Zabiha<\/strong> has opened in Cary&#8217;s <strong>Harrison Pointe Shopping Center<\/strong>, where the <strong>Cary Cafe<\/strong> used to be. However, the name changed slightly just prior to opening and is actually <strong>Desi Mazaa<\/strong>. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" =\"http:\/\/1desimazaa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Check it out here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>And down in Knightdale, <strong>WRAL<\/strong> noted this week that <strong>Cassidy\u2019s Sports Bar &amp; Grill<\/strong> is slated to open next week at 7425 Knightdale Blvd. (under the water tower) and will feature sandwiches, pizza, burgers and more. Unfortunately, we couldn\u2019t find a presence on Facebook or the web. Stay tuned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Durham, Orange &amp; Chatham Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>The official grand opening of Durham\u2019s <strong>City Barbecue<\/strong> is this <strong>Sunday, May 22nd<\/strong>. The doors will open at 11, but the \u201cgrand opening\u201d festivities are planned from 2-3:30 p.m. They are located in Durham at <strong>Southpoint Crossing<\/strong> between McDonald\u2019s and Ruby Tuesday. This is the third Triangle-area location. The <strong>Triangle Business Journal<\/strong> reports that a fourth location is planned in 2017 at the new <strong>Olive Park<\/strong> retail center in north Raleigh. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" =\"https:\/\/www.citybbq.com\/location\/durham\/\" target=\"_blank\">Check them out here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\u00a0Also in Durham, got word from <strong>Dorian Bolden<\/strong> that <strong>Beyu Caffe<\/strong> will be in their new space and kicking off \u201cBeyu 2.0\u201d next <strong>Thursday, May 26th<\/strong>. As with any renovation project, changes happen. Early June is what we are hearing, but we should have an exact date soon. Grand opening celebrations will follow a few weeks after opening and there are several big announcements surrounding their opening that we will fill you in on as we get closer. If you had plans to attend <strong>LaFayette Village\u2019s Pork Out<\/strong> event this weekend, they have cancelled the event due to the weather. Every Thursday from April through June, the town will host a new truck at <strong>Knightdale Station Park<\/strong> for lunch and dinner. Just look for it from 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm near the amphitheater (rain or shine &#8211; shelters are covered). All of your favorite local food vendors will be on hand with samples while our friends from Duke, UNC, and NC State share the latest in food science research. When feeding large breed puppies during the period of rapid growth, special attention is paid to protein nutrition. Puppies get the proteins they need for growth mainly in meat. For small puppies, a scraper is prepared from raw lean meat (beef), which is given to them in the form of small balls.
