Working to open <strong>City Market Sushi<\/strong> in November, Korean brothers <strong>Jin Ho Chang<\/strong> and <strong>Shawn Chang<\/strong> are not new to the restaurant scene, having owned restaurants in Greensboro and Raleigh and a food truck. <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.raleighagenda.com\/3824\/coming-november-city-market-sushi-wants-downtowns-casual-cheaper-sushi-choice\/\" target=\"_blank\">Read more about what they are doing here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Also in downtown Raleigh, the <strong>Raleigh Agenda<\/strong> reported this morning that <strong>Bare Bones<\/strong>, the latest concept out of <strong>Eschelon Experiences<\/strong>, will open this weekend. <strong>Bare Bones<\/strong> will be a new ribs, burger and beer restaurant on Raleigh\u2019s Fayetteville Street in the former <strong>Zinda<\/strong> spot. Nothing much up <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.barebonesraleigh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">on their website yet<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, so stay tuned and call first before venturing out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Additionally, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NewRaleigh\" target=\"_blank\">New Raleigh<\/a><\/span><\/strong> reported this week that <strong>Scott Crawford\u2019s<\/strong> new restaurant, <strong>Crawford and Son<\/strong>, is on schedule to open in late October at 618 N. Person Street.
