They announced this week that they will have a location in the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Unscripted Hotel<\/strong><\/span> in downtown Durham at 202 N. Corcoran Street. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Neomonde<\/strong><\/span> will occupy 3,000 square feet on the first floor of the building. Other first-floor tenants include <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Pour Taproom<\/strong><\/span>, which is expected to open soon, and the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Jack Tar Diner<\/strong>,<\/span> from the creators of <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Pizzeria<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Toro<\/span><\/strong> and <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Littler<\/strong><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Neomonde<\/strong><\/span> is expected to open later this fall, with early November as a target according to the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong><\/span>. <b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.neomonde.com\/\">Check out Neomonde here<\/a><\/b> and <b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unscriptedhotels.com\/durham\/\">Unscripted here<\/a><\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>So it appears as if the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Flights Restaurant<\/strong><\/span> inside of the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Renaissance Hotel at North Hills<\/strong><\/span> is no more. The rodeo is 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. across the street from Holly Springs Town Hall, 128 S. Main St., in the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>East Center Street Public Parking Lot<\/strong><\/span>. (The market starts at 8:30 a.m.) There also will be live music and children&#8217;s activities. The <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Cary rodeo<\/strong><\/span> features 30 trucks, beer and wine vendors along with live music and seating areas. For them, summertime doesn&#8217;t mean a fun-filled vacation.
