Impress your co-workers at the water cooler.<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Featured Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Awaiting the re-opening of &#8220;H-Street 2.0&#8221; with the return of student&#8217;s to NC State, we instead got news from the <strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong> that <strong>H-Street Kitchen<\/strong> is no more. Instead, <strong>Pizza La Stella&#8217;s<\/strong> owners bought the space and, together with the <strong>H-Street<\/strong> owners, will launch <strong>La Stella Wood Fired<\/strong> sometime next month featuring a menu of wood-fired food. This will be a second location for <strong>Rudy Theale<\/strong> and his team, with <strong>Pizza La Stella<\/strong> remaining on Fayetteville Street. <a href=\"http:\/\/pizzalastella.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check out La Stella here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Got word from reader <strong>Allison Littrell<\/strong> that <strong>HappyCakes Cupcakery<\/strong> out of Morehead City is headed to Cary with a second location. I&#8217;m not familiar with them, but <strong>Allison<\/strong> tells me they won <strong>Cupcake Wars<\/strong> on <strong>Food Network<\/strong> and their cupcakes and cookies are super yummy. What I do know is the word &#8220;cupcakery&#8221; does nothing but bring a smile to my face. They are targeting an October opening. Not sure on the location, but Cary isn&#8217;t that big&#8230;and did I mention cupcakery? We will keep an eye on this (someone has to!). <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehappycakescupcakery.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Get familiar with them here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>And for those missing your convenient morning brew that was available from <strong>Bruegger&#8217;s<\/strong> at North Hills, the <a href=\"https:\/\/triangleexplorer.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Triangle Explorer<\/b><\/span><\/a>, aka <strong>John Huisman<\/strong>, brought it to my attention that the good folks at <strong>Oak City Coffee Roasters<\/strong> are operating a &#8220;pop-up cafe&#8221; just outside of the now-closed <strong>Bruegger&#8217;s<\/strong> Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. <a href=\"https:\/\/oakcityroasters.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check out Oak City here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Durham, Orange &amp; Chatham Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Saw on <strong>Namu&#8217;s<\/strong> Facebook page that they are cleared and scheduled to open next Wednesday, <strong>August 16th<\/strong>. <strong>Namu Restaurant and Coffee Bar<\/strong> is the collaborative effort between <strong>Bulkogi Truck<\/strong> and <strong>Bo&#8217;s Kitchen<\/strong>. This past year owner <strong>Jeff Seidenstein<\/strong> was diagnosed with cancer and has plans to close the restaurant this Sunday. However, the employees launched a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/keep-courtneys-alive\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>GoFundMe page<\/b><\/span><\/a> to try and keep the institution open. It is not a party until a food truck rolls up!
