The new location will be serving up the same experience as the original Franklin Street shack, but with more seating, free parking and an expanded menu. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alsburgershack.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check out Al&#8217;s here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Owners <strong>Missy <\/strong>and<strong> Lionel Vatinet<\/strong> of <strong>La Farm Bakery<\/strong> announced this week that they will open a new venue inside a Whole Foods Market slated to open this fall at <strong>Alston Town Center<\/strong> in Cary. And if that is not enough, they also announced that they would expand their original location into the ABC store space next door in the <strong>Preston Corners<\/strong> shopping center in late September. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lafarmbakery.com\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check out La Farm here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Person Street Partnership<\/strong> shared the exciting news that <strong>Oakwood Pizza Box<\/strong> is now open at 610 N. Person Street on the edge of downtown Raleigh. Congrats to <strong>Anthony Guerra<\/strong>, whose family owned <strong>Bella Mia<\/strong>. <a href=\"http:\/\/oakwoodpizzabox.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Here is Oakwood&#8217;s website<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Saw in the <strong>Beltline Buzz<\/strong> blog that <strong>Aladdin&#8217;s Eatery<\/strong> has opened at <strong>North Hills<\/strong> in the former <strong>Black Cat Cafe<\/strong> location at 4209 Lassiter Mill Road. They also have a location in Raleigh&#8217;s <strong>Brier Creek<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aladdinseatery.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check them out here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Saw in the <strong>ITB Insider<\/strong> update this week that work is now underway on a new restaurant calling itself <strong>Hearth Kitchen<\/strong>, which will soon open in the former home of <strong>Zydeco<\/strong> at <strong>City Market<\/strong> in downtown Raleigh. Permits were issued last week for the space at 208 Wolfe Street. We will keep an eye on this for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Also in the <strong>ITB Insider<\/strong>, they noted that <strong>CO Vietnamese<\/strong>, which offers a &#8220;modern take on traditional southeast Asian cuisine,&#8221; will be opening before year&#8217;s end at the AC Hotel in <strong>North Hills<\/strong>. The regional restaurant chain, which has locations in Savannah, Charleston, Atlanta, Myrtle Beach, and Charlotte, features a menu with a focus on Pho, Ramen, Dumplings, Banh Mi and Sushi. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatatco.com\/location\/raleigh\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check them out here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Just got word from <strong>Michael DePersia<\/strong> from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rdubrokers.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>DePersia &amp; Associates<\/b><\/span><\/a>, that they just closed on a lease deal putting <strong>Johnny Pavlik<\/strong> from <strong>Johnny&#8217;s Pizza of Cary<\/strong> into a new store in Wake Forest in the <strong>Harris Crossing<\/strong> shopping center off of US1. He plans to open in the first quarter of next year. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.johnnyspizzacary.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check out Johnny&#8217;s here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong> reported this week that the <strong>Brookside Market &amp; Pizza<\/strong> location on the outskirts of downtown Raleigh at the corner of at Brookside Drive and Glascock Street is getting new life. <strong>Duane Williams<\/strong> is renovating the entire building and has lined up a coffee and cocktail bar from the owner of <strong>Brew<\/strong>, the coffee shop in nearby <strong>Seaboard Station<\/strong>, a Pilates studio and a retro barber shop.
