In addition to being a full-service restaurant, they will offer grab-and-go options during breakfast and lunch hours. The restaurant is projected to open in 2019. <a href=\"http:\/\/giorgiosgroup.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Learn more about the Giorgios Group here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional <strong>North Hills<\/strong> news included the announcement that <strong>Stir restaurant<\/strong> will be taking up a 5,832-square-foot spot in the Bank of America tower and is described as offering fresh food, oyster bar and craft cocktails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Over in downtown Raleigh the <strong>ITB Insider<\/strong> shared the update that renowned Raleigh restaurateur <strong>Ashley Christensen<\/strong> has filed site plans for <strong>PooleSide Pie<\/strong> which will offer Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas at 428 S. McDowell Street right next to <strong>Christensen\u2019s Poole\u2019s Diner<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/poolesidepie\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Best way to keep up with their progress is through their Instagram account here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Also in downtown, the<strong> ITB Insider<\/strong> also reported that permits had been issued at <strong>The Dillon<\/strong> for the transformation of a 5,125 square-foot space on the ground floor into Raleigh\u2019s first location of the high-end <strong>Oak Steakhouse<\/strong> chain. They currently have locations in Atlanta, Charleston, Nashville and Charlotte. Doesn\u2019t look like the upfit has begun, so it could be a while. We will keep an eye on it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Durham, Orange &amp; Chatham Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>After 9 months since they first announced they were coming, <strong>The Pizza Press<\/strong> in Chapel Hill opened this past Thursday at 123 W. Franklin Street. They are serving up fresh pizzas and cold North Carolina craft beer. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepizzapress.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Get familiar with them here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Over in Durham, <strong>Amber Watson<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/bitesofbullcity.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Bites of Bull City<\/b><\/span><\/a> let us know that the folks behind <strong>Cucciolo Osteria<\/strong>, a new Italian restaurant tucked away off of 601 W. Main Street (down from <strong>The West End Wine Bar<\/strong>), are opening this weekend for a limited number of walk-ins and will begin taking reservations on Monday, July 30. They will be open nightly for dinner (closed Tuesdays), and plan to introduce lunch service once they have settled into the dinner service routine. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cucciolodurham.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Get familiar with them here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Also in Durham, <strong>WRAL<\/strong> announced this week that the former <strong>Joe Van Gogh<\/strong> on Duke\u2019s campus will become <strong>Beyu Blue Coffee<\/strong> &#8211; from the folks at <strong>Beyu Caff\u00e9<\/strong>. <strong>Beyu\u2019s<\/strong> owner, <strong>Dorian Bolden<\/strong>, is a Duke alumnus. <a href=\"http:\/\/beyucaffe.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check out Beyu here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Two additional updates from Durham thanks to <strong>Glenn Gillen<\/strong>. The <strong>Little Caesars<\/strong> over on South Roxboro Street has closed. And the <strong>China Palace<\/strong> at the intersection of Old Chapel Hill Road and Garrett Road is in the middle of renovations and hope to open up again Aug. 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The boys are at it again. <strong>Charlie Farris<\/strong> and <strong>Clint Winslow<\/strong> are opening another J<strong>ersey Mike\u2019s<\/strong> in our area! This one will be in Chatham County, just down 15-501 from Chapel Hill in the <strong>Lowe\u2019s Foods<\/strong> shopping center.
