Look for it to open in 2019. <strong>STIR<\/strong> is owned and operated by <strong>Square One Holdings<\/strong> and has one other location in Chattanooga, Tennessee. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stirchattanooga.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Get familiar with them here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Yesterday in downtown Raleigh I met with <strong>Biagio Lubrano-Lavadera<\/strong>, the owner of <strong>GiGi&#8217;s Pizza<\/strong> which took over the former <strong>ZPizza<\/strong> spot in the Bank of America building. The menu includes specialty pizzas, stromboli, calzones, sandwiches and salads. They kept the self-service draft system they inherited from <strong>ZPizza<\/strong> and it has 20 beers on tap, with a heavy emphasis on beer from North Carolina. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/category\/Restaurant\/Gigis-Pizza-Downtown-Raleigh-729233194113846\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Get familiar with them on their Facebook page here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Over on Hillsborough Street, the <strong>ITB Insider<\/strong> reported that <strong>Guasaca<\/strong> will soon open its newest Raleigh location on the ground floor of the Target at 2512 Hillsborough Street. Permits for the space were recently filed, which means they should be open in the next few months. The restaurant is known for their delicious arepas and has locations in Morrisville, Durham and their original location on Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. <a href=\"https:\/\/guasaca.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Check them out here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Also according to the <strong>ITB Insider<\/strong>, It looks like the national &#8220;super-food&#8221; cafe chain <strong>Kale Me Crazy<\/strong> will soon be open in the former home of <strong>Baskin-Robbins<\/strong> in <strong>Cameron Village<\/strong>. The restaurant offers juices, smoothies, salads, and wraps in a sleek, upscale environment. With a location in Cary, this will be their second Triangle area location. <a href=\"https:\/\/kalemecrazy.net\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Get familiar with them here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reader <strong>Cheyenne Jones<\/strong> notified us that the <strong>El Rodeo<\/strong> off Glenwood at 4112 Pleasant Valley Rd has a <strong>Viva Mexico<\/strong> sign that says &#8220;coming soon&#8221; and looks like the same owners as <strong>Viva Mexico<\/strong> on Davis Drive in Morrisville. <a href=\"http:\/\/v\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Visit their website here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Out in Morrisville, the <strong>Triangle Explorer<\/strong> reported this week that <strong>Fount Coffee + Kitchen<\/strong> will open this fall in the <strong>Marketplace at Perimeter Park<\/strong> (10954 Chapel Hill Road). They will offer coffee and teas, smoothie bowls, salads, stacks and small plates. <a href=\"https:\/\/fountcoffee.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Get familiar with them here<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Over in Cary, this past Saturday saw the much-anticipated opening of <strong>Big Dom&#8217;s Bagel Shop<\/strong> in downtown in the former <strong>Little Caesars<\/strong> space. It is a grab and go bagel shop offering bagels, biscuits and b&#8217;donuts and is brought to us by the folks that also own <strong>Pizzeria Faulisi<\/strong>. It is located at 203 E. They are now serving<strong> Sunday Brunch<\/strong> (not this Sunday &#8211; Sept. 2 &#8211; as they are closed for an employee outing). Service runs from 10 am to 2 pm, with outdoor seating available. The sign is up, so it won&#8217;t be long. Seriously. Chapel Hill is getting a cat caf\u00e9, more specifically, <strong>Cat Tales Cat Cafe<\/strong>. The new venture will open at 431 W. If you haven&#8217;t seen this building, it is absolutely gorgeous and right on Main Street!
