At least if you are in Chapel Hill that has to be on your mind as the <strong>News &amp; Observer<\/strong> shared the news that the folks behind <strong>Italian Pizzeria III<\/strong> (brothers <strong>Vinnie<\/strong> and <strong>Angelo<\/strong>) and <strong>Al\u2019s Burgers<\/strong> (<strong>Al Bowers<\/strong>) are joining forces to open <strong>Yellow House Tacos<\/strong> later this year in the little yellow house behind those two Franklin Street institutions at 104 N. Graham Street. They are hoping to open in September, in time for the return of the students. In the meantime, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.italianpizzeria3.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">check out IPIII here<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alsburgershack.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Al&#8217;s Burgers here<\/a>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Wake County Restaurant News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>North Hills<\/strong> announced this week that their newest dining destination,<strong> STIR<\/strong>, a restaurant offering premium oysters, craft cocktails with artisanal ice and a made-from-scratch menu, will be opening in the <strong>Park District at North Hills<\/strong> this June across from the <strong>AC Hotel<\/strong> on the ground floor level of the <strong>Bank of America Tower<\/strong> next to <strong>The Capital Grille<\/strong>. Franklin Street in downtown Raleigh next to <strong>Yellow Dog Bread<\/strong>. You\u2019ll remember they opened in 2018, but closed for renovations. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tworoosters.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Come check out their new space<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ashley Mukoyama<\/strong> shared with us this week that they (the folks behind the <strong>The Pickled Onions<\/strong> &#8211; with two locations) just opened <strong>The Pickled Pub<\/strong>, a local neighborhood bar serving small plates and custom cocktails, at 14460 Falls of the Neuse Road. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thepickledpub.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Get to know them here<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The <strong>ITB Insider<\/strong> shared the news that the former <strong>Burger King<\/strong> location at 3701 Hillsborough Street was sold in February 2019 and it will become <strong>Hieubowl Vietnamese Kitchen<\/strong>. Permits were just issued for the renovation, so we don\u2019t have an open date for it, but we will keep an eye on it. We also were unable to locate an online presence.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And the folks at <strong>Eat Raleigh<\/strong> also shared that there is a new restaurant called <strong>Seagate Seafood and Sushi<\/strong> coming into the former<strong> Captain J&#8217;s<\/strong> location at 4420 Capital Blvd. You can <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.seagaterestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">get to know them here<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>And on the way out of Raleigh, heading down towards Garner, reader <strong>Hugh Autry<\/strong> noticed this past week that a <strong>Marcos Pizza<\/strong> and a <strong>Starbucks<\/strong> are going into the shopping center just down from <strong>Grandons Buffet<\/strong> on Fayetteville Road.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A little bit of confusion was created last week when we shared the news that <strong>Mezeh<\/strong> is opening in the old <strong>Kamado Grill\/Lucky 32<\/strong> building at 832 Spring Forest Road. Folks asked, \u201cBut I thought <strong>Cafe Fear Seafood<\/strong> was going into that location?\u201d The answer is&#8230;.they are! Chapel Hill Street in the old <strong>Cupcake Bar<\/strong> space at <strong>Five Points<\/strong>.
